While the theory portion of the program takes place in a classroom setting, active participation in the field is essential for successful completion. Participants are required to bring all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE) mandated by their worksite, including:
Steel-toed work boots
High-visibility vest
Hard hat (if required)
Any additional PPE specified by the workplace
